Fixed license plates for default ETS2 map.
Fixed:
1. All regions of Russia
2. Latvia & Lithuania
3. All regions of Austria
4. All regions of Slovakia
5. All regions of Germany (plus all formats)
6. All regions of Great Britain (except system 1932 and 1903)
7. All regions of France
8. Italia
9. Luxembourg
10. Belgium
11. Netherland
12. Denmark
13. Sweden
14. Norway
You can buy a truck in any country and get random numbers in all countries on the default ETS2 map
In multiplayer, you may have the problem of the absence of coats of arms in some regions of Austria (It’s bug of SCS, I wrote Pavel about it, but they do nothing)
